VisionPerry is an economic revitalization and youth empowerment program designed to address and conquer the severe economic issues of Perry County. We at VisionPerry endeavor to support our business districts, improve our cultural environment, and support the development of a vital diversified community.
    Through the Summer Youth Program, VisionPerry has set in motion a tactical plan that will change the direction of Perry County for future generations. The VisionPerry team is attempting to energize the youth in the county by involving them in the reconstruction of their county’s culture while they discover their historic roots. The Art Department at VisionPerry is currently working on 12 art public projects, including murals, sculptures, mosaics, and other many others. Additionally the VisionPerry staff is spreading the word of our endeavors, and planting the seed of change to survive in these hard times.
    VisionPerry’s basic ideas are to improve the community as a whole, not just the youth. We at VisionPerry do our best to design the foundation for the next generation of business, develop tourism and make it easier for people to better assimilate into Perry County’s business districts. This program makes an effort to cultivate positive energy, activity and momentum into the downtowns, so as to create long-term sustainable effects in renewing our County.

VisionPerry’s Objectives:
 To overcome the issues facing our community while empowering the individuals that live here primarily including, but not limited to, the business owners and youths.
 To carry out an Economic Development Plan concentrating on business and culture.
 To attract business, industry, tourism, and new residents

 The VisionPerry project hopes that future generations will benefit from this sustainable economic and community development plan. Perry County must keep the momentum going if we want to truly revitalize our community, and VisionPerry will provide the support to keep moving forward
